Jadon: Mom, can't we just have chicken nuggets for dinner? They're good for the soul and they're good for the bones.

Emily: So what's the secret to a long, happy marriage?

Uncle Scott: Well, the secret to a long marriage is just to not get divorced.

Jadon: Mom, cats have to go pee and poop in a litter box.

Emily: Wow. (Under her breath) That was random.

Ed: Jadon, you're so smart.

Jadon: (Very matter-of-fact) That's because I go to school everyday.

Emily: (Addressing 25-year-old brother-in-law) Tyson, you're turning into a silver fox. It looks good on you though--very distinguished.

Julie: (Whispers) He's losing his hair too. When he wakes up, there's just hair... all over his pillow.

Emily: (Mental image of short brown hairs on a white pillowcase) Awww.

Tyson: You know, I don't care that I'm going gray and bald...because I'm married.

Julie: Ugh!

Tyson: She hates when I say that.

Perhaps he saw one too many UEI commercials.
